Shipping, returns & privacy

Shipping

• Orders ship from Southern Oregon within 1–2 business days via USPS or UPS with tracking.
• US shipping is a flat rate at checkout; orders over $50 ship free.
• Hot-drop items are packed and shipped in the order reservations were received — drop-list members first.

Returns

• Unopened items in original packaging: full refund within 30 days of delivery. Email us and we'll send a label.
• Blind-box and mystery items are final sale once opened (that's the mystery part!), but if anything arrives damaged or wrong, we'll replace it or refund you — no box-return hassle, just send a photo.
• Every item leaves here brand-new and authentic. If you ever doubt what you received, contact us and we'll make it right.

Privacy

• We collect the minimum needed to run the shop: your email for drop alerts, and your name/address to fulfill orders.
• We never sell or share your information with anyone, period. Unsubscribe from drop alerts anytime with one click or one reply.
• Payments are handled by established processors (e.g. Stripe); card numbers never touch our systems.
